I assist clients with developing CRM process which incorporates what they’re currently doing for client relationship management, for business development, and for marketing into their CRM solution. Consulting is the most interesting business to me. No two clients are the same and everyone’s needs are unique. I am a people person and so I enjoy the long-term relationships created through this industry. Any time a client calls that I haven’t heard from in a while is like reuniting and catching up with a friend.
