As a Senior Consultant I talk with people about using the product, answering any questions they have, and getting them set up in the system to use it. It’s like a pop quiz every day on Vision or Vantagepoint software.

Getting to talk with different people from all over the world. There is a lot of variety, everything is different all of the time whether it’s answering new questions or new features to learn. My dog also loves that I am able to work from home!

My background was in teaching but I wasn’t really interested in being a teacher, however; I found I could incorporate working with people and teaching people in the technical support and software industry. I’ve always worked in customer relations and love the people aspect of it.

Simply because I get to help people. One of the most satisfying things is being able to answer a question or fix a problem and know that I am helping people all over the world.
